How to: Add a background to a worksheet.
Solution:
Select 'Sheet' from the 'Format' menu and select 'Background...'. Select the file to be used as the background and choose 'OK'.
1) Click sheet tab for the desired worksheet. (The sheet is selected.)
2) Select the 'Format' menu and select 'Sheet'. (A submenu appears.)
3) Select 'Background...' from the submenu. (The Sheet Background dialog box appears.)

4) Select the drive where the desired background is located in the 'Look in' drop-down list.
5) Select the name of the folder that contains the background file from the 'Name' list box.
6) Click 'Open'.

7) If the file is located in a subfolder:
a) Select the subfolder.
b) Click 'Open'.
NOTE: If necessary, repeat steps 7)a) and 7)b) until the background file is displayed.
8) Select the file. (The file is highlighted and a preview of the background is shown on the right.)
9) Click 'OK'.
